The PhotoLang app, website, branding, and all associated content are owned by PhotoLang and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Content you scan (book pages, text) remains your responsibility. We do not claim ownership of the text you submit through the Service.
Annotations, summaries, vocabulary sheets, and quotes are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. Do not rely on this content as a substitute for professional academic or literary analysis.
PhotoLang offers a free tier with daily usage limits and a paid Premium subscription. Subscription pricing and terms are displayed within the app at the time of purchase. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting team@photolang.com.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhotoLang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Union County, North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
